We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who doesn’t just supervise — but drives performance, accountability, and efficiency across distribution and warehouse operations.

What You Will Own.
- Total Warehouse Operations Control -Lead all receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Ensure inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counts and reconciliation. Manage ERP/WMS systems to maintain real-time visibility and control. Optimize warehouse layout and flow for speed and accuracy. Coordinate outbound logistics and resolve carrier issues before they impact customers.
- Operational Excellence & Performance Metrics – Monitor and improve KPIs: inventory accuracy, order accuracy, fulfillment speed, productivity. Proactively solve bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies. Align staffing levels to meet volume demands without sacrificing accuracy. Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production.
- Process Improvement & Safety Leadership – Implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing process improvements. Enforce OSHA compliance and warehouse safety standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that raise operational performance. Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready facility.
- Leadership & Team Development – Train, mentor, and hold warehouse personnel accountable. Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and reliability. Conduct performance evaluations and address issues decisively. Develop a team that executes consistently under pressure.
What Separates You From The Rest.
5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management. Proven leadership experience with measurable operational results. Strong WMS/ERP knowledge and inventory control expertise. Confident decision-maker in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of OSHA standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable in a hands-on environment (ability to lift up to 50 lbs.). Forklift certification and logistics certifications are a plus.

Compensation Transparency.
Salary Range: $87,400.00 – $117,900.00 per year Plus Bonus.
The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs.
