Asahi/America is looking for a Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives, enhance our systems, and drive measurable improvements across operations. What You Will Own.
You will lead and continuously strengthen our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance while driving operational excellence across the business. You’ll oversee internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring timely resolution through effective corrective and preventive actions. You’ll champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to reduce defects, variation, and waste.
Working cross-functionally, you’ll resolve quality issues, support product development, and enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll manage supplier quality performance, including audits, approvals, and validation processes such as FAI and PPAP. You’ll mentor and develop quality team members while building a culture of accountability and quality ownership across the organization. You’ll also oversee documentation, reporting, and training programs, while driving initiatives that reduce the cost of poor quality and improve overall performance.
What Separates You From The Rest.
You bring a strong background in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. You have at least five years of quality experience, including leadership responsibility, and a proven ability to implement and improve Quality Management Systems.
You have deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards, along with hands-on experience in audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and confident solving complex quality challenges. You communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external auditors. Most importantly, you are a proactive leader who drives accountability, improves processes, and delivers results.

Compensation Transparency.
Salary Range: $83,100.00 – $116,500.00 per year Plus Bonus.
The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs. We review our ranges regularly to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
