What’s The Job?

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to strengthen processes, reduce costs, and maintain our reputation for reliability and innovation.

What You’ll Do.

  • Lead and enhance the QMS to meet ISO standards.
  • Oversee audits and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis.
  • Mentor and develop quality team members.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain to solve issues and improve performance.
  • Drive cost savings by reducing waste, defects, and rework.

What You’ll Bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including 2+ in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Compensation Transparency.

Salary Range: $108,255.00 – $149,700.00 per year.

The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs. We review our ranges regularly to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
