HMI/LRS Control System

Control Four Valves with One Unit

Introducing the completely redesigned Local Remote Station; the HMI/LRS. The HMI/LRS is a mini PLC that will communicate with the main PLC at the plant via relay inputs, and cycle up to four automated valves via 10A DPDT relays. An additional relay is installed to report local/remote status back to the main PLC for each actuator, and a terminal strip is included for applications where the main PLC requires valve position confirmation. All HMI/LRS components (power supply, PLC,terminal blocks, relays, etc.) are located inside a fiberglass/ polyester NEMA Type 4X latched and lockable enclosure, with open/close indicating LEDs, and STOP buttons for each valve.

Installation is easy; simply provide 120-240 VAC as the supply voltage, and specific voltage through the relay contacts to cycle the automated valves.
