Asahi/America Now Stocking Dymatrix Specialty Valves

Asahi/America Inc., the leader in thermoplastic fluid flow solutions detailed their plans to significantly expand their existing stock commitment of the Dymatrix™ specialty valve product line. The Dymatrix™ product family is engineered to meet the advanced wet process requirements of the semiconductor industry. Asahi/America is now stocking large volumes of the Dymatrix™ line including Pinch Valves, Diaphragm Valves, Needle Valves and Pressure Regulators. These engineered valves are ideally suited for CMP Slurry, DI Water and Chemical Process applications. Asahi/America's increased stocking commitments will allow them to quickly deliver critical products and leverage larger manufacturing volume.

Asahi/America's expanded Dymatrix™ Stock Program will consist of the following products:

  • Pinch Valves - Series PV3 and PVM
  • Diaphragm Valves - Series SDV, HDV and AD16
  • Needle Valves - NVM Series
  • Pressure Regulators - Series HPRL and HPRS

The Dymatrix valves offer unique solutions for semiconductor wet process applications. The Pinch Valve's design provides superior durability and eliminates particle generation in CMP slurry applications. The Diaphragm valves are engineered for high cycle life and compact design. The Needle Valve utilizes a dual stem for true linear flow control and integrated diaphragm for superior purity. The Pressure Regulators are designed to provide precisely accurate and high stable control of pressure fluctuations for flow control applications.
