Asahi/America, Inc., the Wet Process People™, presents Flare Style Fittings for water, Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) and chemical applications. Available in the traditional material, perfluoroalkoxyalkane (PFA), Asahi’s new Flare Style Fittings are also offered in natural polypropylene (PPN) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The Fittings provide a straight-through clean design with zero dead volume hold-up.
Asahi’s PFA Flare Fittings are best suited for ultra pure water and aggressive chemical applications, while Asahi’s PPN fittings are ideal for Slurry Applications and PVDF Flare Style Fittings provide a clean solution for Ultra Pure water and chemical applications. All Fittings meet industry standards for size and thread.

Asahi’s Flare Style Fittings are produced in a clean room environment and are DI rinsed prior to packaging. They are molded without seams in the thread for high temperature and pressure ratings.
