Asahi/America, Inc., the Wet Process People™, introduces the Dymatrix™ HPR Series Pressure Regulators, engineered to maintain constant downstream liquid pressure. Constructed from all-wetted PTFE, and featuring no sliding parts, the Dymatrix HPR Series is ideal for aggressive chemical and high purity applications used in the semiconductor industry. Its compact design allows for easy installation in tight areas.
Reacting with a fast response time, the Dymatrix HPR Series provides full shut off and offers adjustable outlet pressure. The Dymatrix HPR Series has a wide flow range, from 5cc/min-100L/min. The regulators can also withstand high pressure, with inlet pressure up to 72.5 psi and outlet pressure up to 42.5 psi. When installed with an orifice plate, the Dymatrix HPR Series can also be used as a flow control device. The Dymatrix HPR Series is available in 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2”, and can be supplied with a variety of tube end connections.
