The DHC-100 is a high performance digital positioner, providing 450 points of resolution for quarter turn actuators ranging from two seconds to 120 seconds, and is rated for a 25 percent duty cycle, or more.
The DHC-100 has many automatic advanced features that will enhance our actuators while maintaining ease of installation and calibration.
The DHC-100 positioner features, self calibration without multimeter or control signal, duty cycle control, selectable input signal (milliamp or voltage), positions to plus/minus 0.1° within a 90° quadrant, operating temperature range of up to 150°F, fault detection, and stall detection protection.
The DHC-100 positioner can be installed in Asahi/America's Series 92 or Series 94 actuators in the field, or can be installed by our expert technicians at time of order.
