Description
Asahi/America, Inc. has improved upon the Type-57L lug body concept with the new Type-57IL
Isolator Lug. The 316SS Isolator lugs are inserted at the time of injection molding, factory retaining the
lug in the PVC valve body. This concept permits either side flange removal, to accommodate a variety
of lug valve applications.

• Molded I on valve body designates Isolator Lug valve model

• PVC Body with 316 SS molded Lug Inserts

• Accepts PVC, CPVC , PP & PVDF discs and EPDM or FKM seals

• Standard Asahi Face To Face Dimensions

• Provides for either side flange removal

• Molded 316SS Lug Inserts ideal for vertical pipelines

• Operators: 18 position Lever handle or Plasgear™

• ISO 5211 Top Flange bolt pattern

• Accepts Electric or Pneumatic actuators and accessories
