Asahi/America, Inc, the Wet Process People, introduces Seal Clean ePTFE Gaskets. Engineer  and designed for High Purity applications, Seal Clean Gaskets are manufactured  from 100% virgin PTFE resin.  The new corrosion resistant gasket provides significant reduction in leachables, features high dimensional stability and seals evenly with low bolt torques.

In addition, the Seal Clean ePTFE gaskets are blowout resistant and match SDR pipe ID exactly eliminating walls and crevices where bacteria can grow.  The Seal Clean Gaskets' high creep resistance prevents over torque and deformation ensuring a tight seal and longer system life  providing less maintenance concerns.

Seal Clean Gaskets are available in sizes 1/2" (20mm) through 12" (315mm), in a wide variety of SDR ratings to match pipe ID's. Seal Clean gaskets are cleaned in a Class 100 Cleanroom and group double bagged in a PE/Nylon bag.
