Erskine announce the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of all assets associated with Asahi/America’s vortex flow meter product lines, Universal Vortex Flow Meters and FloSonex Ultra Sonic Flow Meters, by Racine Federated of Racine, WI. This affects ONLY the flow meter business of Asahi/America and no other Asahi/America products.

Asahi/America, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of corrosion resistant thermoplastic fluid flow solutions including valves, actuators, and industrial, dual containment and high purity piping systems, will no longer sell, service or support either line of Vortex Flow Meters. Racine Federated of Racine WI has taken ownership of Asahi/America’s entire flow meter stock and has assumed responsibility for all operations surrounding both product lines.
