V82 - Pressure Regulator

Description

The pressure reducing valve V82 reduces pressure to a given value. It adjusts itself to the set working pressure and maintains it on the downstream side, regardless of fluctuations of inlet pressure or changes in flow demand. There is no direct relation between the working pressure and the inlet pressure. The valve works by balancing an adjustable spring force that pushes downward onto a diaphragm, against the force of the fluid pushing upward.

Features & Benefits

All parts in contact with liquids are of chemical resistant plastics

The counter mechanism is isolated from the process fluid

Requires very little maintenance and may be installed in almost any position

Valve is complete with its own diaphragm protected pressure gauge for the reading of output pressure

Valve may be set even when in operation

V782 Pressure Regulator

Description:

The pressure reducing valve V782 reduces pressure to a given value. It adjusts itself to the set working pressure and maintains it on the downstream side, regardless of fluctuations of inlet pressure or changes in flow demand.

  V186/86 Back Pressure Regulators

Description

The pressure retaining valve V186 is used in applications that require a constant back pressure for operation. When installed as a bypass, it can also function as a relief valve to reduce pressure peaks. Due to its zero static design, the type V186 (DN 10-50) is extremely reliable for use in high purity water applications. Due to the many different materials available, the valves are open to a broad area of application.

The spring force is set via the compressor to press the preformed diaphragm onto the seal seat. If the pressure within the system exceeds the set value of the spring force, the valve opens.

Features & Benefits:

• Compact construction

• Good control characteristics

• May be installed in any position

• May be set when valve is in operation

• Low maintenance

V185/85 Pressure Relief Valves

Description

The pressure relief valve V185/V85 protects plants and piping systems against excess pressure and pressure peaks. The third pipe spigot, integrated on the body, makes installation directly in the main pipeline possible. The flow efficient and zero static design of the body means there is practically no pressure loss in the valve opening.

The spring force is set via the compressor to press the preformed diaphragm onto the seal seat. If the pressure within the system exceeds the set value of the spring force, the valve opens.

Features & Benefits

• Compact construction

• Good control characteristics

• May be installed in any position

• May be set when valve is in operation

• Low maintenance

 Guage Guard

Description

The diaphragm-protected gauge guard is used when measuring the pressure of neutral and corrosive media. The manometer is separated from the medium by a PTFE coated diaphragm. The pressure is transmitted using a buffer fluid. The large area of the diaphragm and the low compressibility of the buffer liquid ensure an accurate display.

Features & Benefits

• All parts in contact with the medium are made of highly resistant plastics

• The manometer does not come into contact with the medium

• The diaphragm gauge guard is low-maintenance and can be installed in any position

• The large area of the diaphragm ensures accuracy

 Flowmeter - M23

Description

The M23 plastic flowmeter is based on the well known “suspended float” principle, and is used for measuring and monitoring flow in closed pipes. The medium flows upward through the flowmeter and raises the float. The flow rate can be read off against the scale on the flowmeter body. The indication point corresponds to the largest diameter ofthe float.

The standard M23 plastic flowmeter is fitted with a scale for water, and two limit indicators.

Features & Benefits

• Unbreakable and corrosion resistant

• May be inserted and removed radially

• Available with special scales for almost all liquids and gases

• Guide rail for accessories

• Limit switches and flow transmitters for remote indication

• Measuring tube labeled with nominal diameter, measuring range and material

• PVDF plastic floats and inserts are standard

• Available in measuring ranges from 15 –60.000 l/h

Flowmeter - M123

Description

The Asahi Type M123 plastic flowmeter is based on the well-known “suspended float” principle, and is used for measuring and monitoring flow in closed pipes. The medium flows upward through the flowmeter and raises the float. The flow rate can be read off against a scale on the flowmeter body. The indication point corresponds to the largest diameter of the float.

The standard M123 plastic flowmeter is fitted with a scale for water and two limit indicators.

Features & Benefits

Rugged and corrosion proof

May be inserted and removed radially

Available with special scales for almost all liquids and gasses

Guide rail for accessories

Measuring tube labeled with nominal diameter, measuring range and material

PVDF plastic floats and inserts are standard

Available in measuring ranges from 1.5 -1.000 1/h

Less space required due to short unit length
