Welding machine for heating element-butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings from OD 50 up to OD 160 mm. With large aluminum basic clamping tools OD 160 for the reception of small double clamping reduction inserts. Both basic clamping tools swivel up to 15° on each side for the fabrication of segmented bends. Mechanical force application by spring power, with welding pressure scale.
Electric planer, with bevel gear drive in a closed aluminum housing and external chip removal.
Heating element, OD 200 mm, nonstick-coated, with connection cable and power plug, control lamps for system and interval checking, on/off switch, electronic temperature setting and control in accordance with DVS 2208.

The Miniplast is a compact manual butt-fusion tool for sizes 20mm -110mm (1/2" - 4"). The Miniplast is a light-weight tool, ideal for welding in tight locations. On the bench top, the clamps can be adjusted to conduct mitered welds.

The W2500 is a robust Shop tool, capable of conducting Butt fusion welds up to 315mm. It features an electric planer, adjustable clamps and a built in force gauge. Each tool is supplied with 315mm (12") Master Clamps and inserts for all sizes down to 50mm (1 1/2"). The Shop 12 is ideal for bench type welding. The shipment crate supplied doubles as a convenient stand for mounting the equipment.

4" Bench Socket W3500
The W3500 is a Bench style tool for conducting Socket Fusion. It is capable of fusing from 1/2" to 4". Special angled clamps make pipe and fitting clamping simplified with little change out required when switching sizes. Mechanical stops automatically set the socket depth for a perfect weld each time.

The Hand Held Socket Fusion tool is the smallest welding tool offered by Asahi/America. It is a socket fusion tool capable of welding from 1/2" - 2". It is ideal for pipe sizes from 1/2" to 1 1/4". It features convenient table and floor clamps. Tool requires socket heater inserts and peeling tools, which are sold separately.

The Polymatic is suitable for all electro fusion fittings up to 48 volts. All parameters are set using a bar code input device. Automated control of all welding parameters insures safe and reliable fusion. The entire tool features a tough thermoplastic housing which resists damage due to moisture.
The Polymatic welds both HDPE and Polypropylene.
